When you use the App, we may automatically collect:

• Push notification tokens: to send you relevant notifications (rent reminders, request updates, announcements).

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the App's core features (property management, rent tracking, maintenance requests, announcements).
• Send notifications about rent due dates, maintenance updates, and announcements from your landlord or property manager.
• Generate documents such as lease agreements and payment receipts.
• Process and track financial transactions between landlords and tenants.
• Improve the App's functionality, performance, and user experience.
• Respond to your support requests and feedback.
• Enforce our Terms and Conditions and protect against fraud or abuse.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your data only in these circumstances:

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account:

• Your profile information is permanently deleted.
• Property and tenancy records associated with your account are removed.
• Uploaded documents and files are deleted from our storage.

We may retain anonymized or aggregated data for analytics purposes. We may also retain certain data as required by law (e.g., financial records for tax compliance).

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send push notifications for rent reminders, maintenance request updates, announcements, and other relevant alerts. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and may notify you through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
